A: We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, ATM/Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo.

Sorry, we don't accept personal checks, mall gift certificates, COD or cash.


Q: Do you ship outside the continental United States?

A: Yes we ship outside the United States. However, the shipping calculated in during the checkout process is only valid inside the continental U.S. We will send you a shipping quote after you place your order, or we can send a quote for a specific item if requested.

International Shipping
 
International shipping typically arrives in 10-14 business days. 
 
Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.
 
Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees.

Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?
A: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No

Q: Why doesn't the FedEx or USPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: French Freak must receive the return within 45 days of purchase.
  • ON SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALES ITEMS.
  • If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when French Freak receives the original merchandise back.

Q: How do I send something back?

A: If you live in the continental United States, just send an email with answers to the following questions
 
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
 
2. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
 
3. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
 
4. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
 
5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item number(s), item(s) and size(s)?
 
You must email us BEFORE sending your product back! A FedEx Return Label will then be issued and emailed to you.  Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!
 
You may choose any shipping method you like, but for tracking information, we suggest you use the pre-paid FedEx return label we can issue for you only for defective merchandise.
 
If you live outside the continental United States, we're sorry but we won't be able to provide you with a return label. You may return the item(s) using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.
 
Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. French Freak will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. 

  • All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.
  • Delivery time includes 1-2 business day for processing.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday
  • Orders are not processed or shipped Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
